Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl mix mushrooms,  oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mushrooms on a single layer baking pan or sheet.
  4. Place mushrooms in oven for 20 minutes, mixing half way.
  5. Take out and enjoy!
