Detox Drinks

Detoxing isn't just for summer & should be done all year round. Regardless, if you're a health nut or just detoxing to retox, these detox drinks are soo delicious it will leave you wanting more.

You might be asking yourself "what is detoxing & why should I?". Detoxing is what your body does naturally each & everyday to neutralize, transform, or get rid of unwanted materials or toxins.  You can improve & optimize your own body's detoxification by supplementing meals with detox drinks.

If you replace all your meals with a detox drink this is known as a cleanse.  I personally don't recommend cleansing, because if you skip all your meals the body might get confused.  It will store instead of releasing, which can result in more toxic buildup.  I believe in eating healthy & having one detox drink every couple days.

Below are our Fae'vorite detox drinks, including each ingredients benefit. the recipe is straight forward. Depending on your taste buds add as much ingredient as you'd like. For full benefits we suggest infusing the water, which simply means placing the drink in the fridge for a couple hours.  

Watermelon, Mint, & Water
